RPA Automation

We have certified engineers with experience in the development of automations.

We have over 22 years of proven experience building successful teams with the right talent.

Entering Automation

In our day to day we frequently find ourselves with tasks that in one way or another can be carried out by a “ROBOT”, this is due to the fact that they carry out tasks repeatedly; without errors and above all with a much shorter duration than that carried out by a person. In short, less time means less cost.

Through passion, collaboration, commitment, loyalty and respect, we achieve active participation through teamwork, achieving optimal productivity and quality.

Features

Mail or invoice processing

Identification of fines

Registration of different types of requests (claims, travel expenses, budget, etc.).

Processing of files of different formats DOCX, PDF, XLSX, TXT, CSV, etc.

Identification of changes in sites or pages of interest.

Integrates with existing applications.

Doesn't alter the infrastructure.

Process

Proven process that allows the activities to be automated to be mapped in process diagrams.

Discovery

Identification of the universe of processes achieved.

Analysis and design

Do the current processes reflect the reality of what is expected of that process?

If adjustments are required, they are made and documented.

Priorization

We prioritize processes according to the needs and requirements of our customers.

Business Case

We analyze and document the Business Case of automation.

We answer the questions:

Is this process a good candidate for automation?
Is the cost benefit adequate?

Roadmap

Based on the Business Case and prioritizations, we design an implementation roadmap.

The roadmap allows us to visualize the order and times in which each process will be automated.

Proof of Concept

For cases where automation can have a great impact and requires a considerable investment, a Concept Test is carried out for one of the processes to be automated.

Development and Testing

We carry out the development - automation of the processes based on the priorities and defined roadmap.

The developments are tested by our quality area and validated before going into production.

Training and release

Change management is important, we provide training and help our clients to incorporate into the new work model efficiently.

What is the new RGPD Cookie Law?

The new RGPD Cookies Law obliges website owners to be transparent with the use of Cookies and to obtain the user’s consent. In other words, it is no longer enough to inform, but the person who browses your website must expressly accept the use of cookies (opt in) and it is no longer enough to close the popup (opt out). In addition, you should be able to decide at any time which cookies are stored in your browser.

On the other hand, although there are some cookies that are exempt from compliance with the law (such as technical ones, for example), the guide always recommends informing with a text such as “This website uses cookies that allow the operation and provision of our services”.
