Benefits

Risk analysis and general cybersecurity plans

Companies that do not implement cybersecurity measures and manage the risk in the technological infrastructure as well as in the business processes, will be permanently threatened, that if they take advantage of their vulnerabilities they could seriously compromise their information assets.

Data Loss Prevention

  • Comply with government and industry regulations and avoid fines ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 USD per month.
  • Loss of revenue derived from data exfiltration.
  • Build trust in your customers by ensuring that their data is protected.

Regulatory Compliance Consulting

ISO/IEC27001 (Information Security Management System)

  • Obtain new business and retain customers.
  • Protect and enhance the organization's reputation.

What is the new RGPD Cookie Law?

The new RGPD Cookies Law obliges website owners to be transparent with the use of Cookies and to obtain the user’s consent. In other words, it is no longer enough to inform, but the person who browses your website must expressly accept the use of cookies (opt in) and it is no longer enough to close the popup (opt out). In addition, you should be able to decide at any time which cookies are stored in your browser.

On the other hand, although there are some cookies that are exempt from compliance with the law (such as technical ones, for example), the guide always recommends informing with a text such as “This website uses cookies that allow the operation and provision of our services”.
